How to Order:

• Email your order to juliayeeart@gmail.com

• Include either item names, SKUs, and quantities. (MOQs are at the top of each page)

• If ordering multiple products: send a spreadsheet, a typed list, or a photo of names and numbers!

Order Minimum

• No Open Minimum Order!

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each product varies between 6-12.

• Bookmarks & Stickers: Please specify if you need hang bag packaging.

• Greeting cards & Art Prints: Packaging is included.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

• Invoices are sent to your email address once your order is ready to ship, and must be paid within 7 days.

• Orders will not ship until payment is received.

• Julia is not responsible for delays due to unpaid invoices.

• Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and inventory will be returned to circulation.

Fulfillment

• Orders are ready to ship in 4-7 day (10-14 days during peak seasons: October-December, Holidays).

• Orders ship upon payment.

• Rush processing may be available—reach out through DM or email to inquire!

Shipping

• All orders include tracking and insurance.

• Shipping is calculated by postage providers based on weight, size, and distance.

• Shipping costs will be added to the invoice for review before payment.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.

• Default carrier: UPS, unless more economical options are available. Let me know if you prefer a different carrier!

• Local delivery is available in Northern Virginia (shipping fee waived). Please DM or email to inquire.

Returns & Exchanges

• Defective items may be exchanged or credited—must be reported within 5 days with photos.

• Unclaimed or returned packages will be charged full shipping and handling costs.
